CHANI BENTABOU
SINGER. ACTOR. DANCER.
W E L C O M E
I’m Chani, a singer, actor, and dancer based in New York City.
Originally from France and raised in Israel, my artistic journey has been shaped by diverse cultures, experiences, and a lifelong passion for the performing arts. I am a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), where I received comprehensive training in musical theatre, voice, acting, and dance.
As a performer, I am drawn to storytelling that connects with audiences on a genuine and emotional level. My recent theatre credits include Yocheved in Prince of Egypt at Argyle Theatre and Margaret White in Carrie: The Musical.
In addition to theatre, I perform concerts featuring French, English, and Hebrew repertoire, celebrating the music and stories that have influenced my life and artistic identity. Whether on a large stage, in an intimate concert setting, or collaborating on a new creative project, I strive to bring authenticity, passion, and excellence to every performance.
Thank you for visiting my website. I’m delighted to share my work with you, and I look forward to creating meaningful and memorable artistic experiences together.

"Chani Bentabou’s Margaret White isn’t just a performance – it’s a masterclass in musical theater character work. Her vocal prowess is immediately apparent, but it’s her ability to weaponize that incredible voice in service of the character that truly sets her apart." Aaron In NYC

"...the powerhouse performer Chani Bentabou as Margaret White... Bentabou never once failed to deliver and used her limited time onstage to deliver a staggering performance that rivals the eight-shows-a-weekers in Midtown today."
